Minnie Growing Up

Your little sister Minnie is doing so well now.  She is sitting up, and being ever more engaging and interested in the world.

You like playing together, even if you sometimes get a bit bored of being gentle with her.  She saves her biggest smiles for you.

New home

You've adjusted very well to moving into our lovely new cottage. In fact, over the last week whenever we've said we're going home, you had to check we meant the "new home?" - and you were very excited when we said yes!

You love having your own grown-up bedroom, and you're coping well with the mess of unpacked boxes and general chaos...

Poor Minnie is finding it a little harder, probably because she's suffering from a cold and teething at the same time. (Her first tooth came through this week!)

Andrew and Alex have dropped by, Yaya has visited, and today Erika, Dan, Lucas and Gilly came round. Also, Granny has come this evening for a few days. Everyone who's seen the house is very impressed! It's such a wonderful home.

"Dear lovely Brixton flat, thank you for being such a good home for almost 7 years. For hosting fun parties and for being safe and cosy when we brought home our two tiny daughters. For having a shop opposite that never closes, so Charlie Fish can go out at 4am on Christmas morning to buy milk in his pyjamas, and for being in the middle of one of the funnest and most vibrant places to live in London. We love you, big kisses xx"
