Big School

I can barely believe it, but in September you are going to BIG SCHOOL!  We went in the other day to see your classroom, meet your teachers, make friends with your new classmates, and for me to meet some of the parents ...

... and everything was great.  Though it does feel a bit like you are starting on the conveyor belt of a prescriptive education system ...

... so Daddy and I are happy to take on the task of adding the extra tidbits, encouragement and inspiration to make sure you can make the most of your own unique and powerful place in the world.

Father's Day with KITES!

We went to Streatham Common Kite Day on Father's Day this year, and it was lovely.  A beautiful day, and so refreshingly awesome to see so many kites in the sky.  You particularly liked the Batman one, and your sister liked the big football.  And I really loved the enormous dragon kite, so lifelike!
